is this realm ability any good? or is it total garbage...does anyone have it and know how well it works? opinions and info please :)

before it was fixed it was overpowered

now.. well ;) don't see so many with it any more

So it isnt good anymore? Anyone had reflex attack2 or 3 after the fix? Some impressions plz?:)
