didn't find anything on search.
what would be the minimum skill level for alchis
1. to make the highest buff pots?
2. to make all charges and effects?
3. to have every item red?

thanks for the reply, but motog is not accurate at least for stat buffs, so I am inclined to question the other values/items as well
