I can tell you this my hunter since getting mos 2 in Brae could and did pop lvl 50 stealthers. From lvl 32+ with about 25 stealth+ with mos 2 and 3. Now at lvl 50 and Mos4 I only really notice extra detection while stealthed. But then again I don't have lvl 50 skald and shaman stuck on me anymore.

I know for a fact it works on live, I've played assassins specced this way, it doesn't matter how low your stealth is (at least composite 25-35 is plenty) if you have MoS5 you see everyone a mile away. And remember this is for running around visible popping stealthers you don't need to sneak up on them in stealth.


In fact there was a big QQ thread on one of the cluster boards about an Inf doing this, think it was devon.
