Not a bad spec but maybe i could respec to put more in blade, infi evades me well.

tips : Penetrating Arrow 2 only blow non-owner bladeturn. So little useless. You never penetrate mage bubble, nor group bubble on a warden.
You can only penetrate a group bladeturn on a mate of the warden.

Guys dont gimp yourself which such low weapon or cd because 40 bow isnt any improvement to 35 bow. I suggest 12, 35 or 50 bow. Nothing less.

For RR8, I would spec:

12 Bow (autotrain)
44 CD
32 Pierce
42 Path
32 Stealth

My recommendations:

Stealth: 49/50 with realmrank and item bonuses

Piercing/blades: If you go for high cd I would say 50/51 with realmrank bonuses
Otherwise 39 blades and Piercing for the anytime combo or the second sidestyle for piercing

Pathfinding: For a luri hybrid or melee ranger 31 can be enough, because I am not convinced about the higher damadds or the base str with exception of the blade spec. On the other hand celts and shars will be happy about the yellow d/q at 40 pathfinding.

CD: You should have a mininum of 18 cd, for me it is essential because of the backsnare at 10 spec and the sidestun at 18 spec. In addition the follow up at 29 CD is really good and you will see an increase in damage and dual hit perfomance with 29+ cd.

For a Luri Ranger:
31 PF
35 Stealth
35 Pierce
36 CD
35 Bow

With autotrain bow, with the drawback that you only have with rr7 access to the lvl39 anytime combo of cd.
