The haste proc of this sword stack with druid haste ?

Anyone have it and can test ?

The Proc dont stack with Druid`s haste or Hastepots!

And it's custom nerfed to 17% for some ridiculous reason.

Alle 20% haste charges wurden auf 17% gesetzt. Das ist eine bewußte Änderung von uns.
