Saracen thrust merc gets bonus to mid chain, which is always first target as they rarely run more than 1 caster- + the 10 qui bonus, but loss of hp...think it only comes out to about 100-150 hp
Highlander merc get bonus to hib scale which is again mainly just support..both have bad dmg vs studded..sarac vs mid studded and highlander vs hib studded which is better??? |

cba to look at a hogre for 50 levels, let alone rr 5+ ;p

in that case Highlander slash is probably better - bonus vs hib druid etc and vs mid light tanks.
thrust is also nice, but you kinda lack the slow weaps to do very big dmg I two-shot Zerkers

Saracen also has the bonus vs the 2 healers and the shaman in each group, not to mention the neutral vs hibs instead of the negative to mid support that slash would get

melee train wont be on shaman that much, or will healers be the first target to kill usually

So what im gathering is its mainly preference?
 because ive had darkref hit my healer with capped slash resists for 270... |
