Been making these topics as these are classes i plan on leveling and attaching significant realm rank to in case anyone was wondering -

Avaloanian exchanges 15 str/15 con for 10 dex...while the 15 str is useless in my eye 15 con amounts to about..90-100 hp according to my char planner. While i dont know the resists per race it seems to me thatt the 10 dex would be more valuable here

well avalonian are easiest to die on any battle, will be assisted first usually, i tthink dont worth the points

avalonian has 60 starting dex

Avalonian makes it easy to overextend stupid tanks too ^^ I love my theurg for that.

cleric centric compare:

avalonien: 60 dex, 60 piety, 45 con / crush 2, slash 3, spirit 5

breton: 60 dex, 60 piety, 60 con / crush 2, slash 3, spirit 5

And britons are smaller.

So there's no reason to roll avalonien.

Avalonien got 5% Matter race resist on this server, wrong? I Build a Template and calculated with spirit resists but when i finished i saw he got 5% matter.... bug or feature?

Seems to have been different earlier.

I have tried to find a patchnote (only looked up post1.80), but could not find a note on that in the few minutes I spent looking for it.


edit: the daocpedia change about matter and spirit has been made between the 2 versions of 2006 and 2007.

Whatever it is, matter does not make the avalonian any more useful, I'd say even less. Especially on this server, where u wont find high earth shamans and nearly no wizzys - that is albion himself...

ah..oops..dont know why i thought ava's got 70 dex..
