the Power 0/26 works or is useless to insert in sc template cause it dont work ?

and piety and quickness have to be capped ? ( and what they influence ? )

+power pool works! I have it on every of my Caster, most times its a nuke more. And it boosts pom/serenity with Ethereal bond ra too!

Must have of every power class
