Gl getting red buffs in a full group, or in hibernia or albion at all.

Well if everyone is done beating each other with their e-dicks, perhaps someone might want to offer some more advice as a veteran BD player on Uthgard. I'd just like to know if I'm going in a decent direction as far as my BD spec and RAs go.

Thanks for the info so far though.

Here's the HP of a mage with red strcon and red con buffs.

Image

Not quite 1430, not quite 1.5k either. 1350 with yellow buff. Hibs and albs use yellow buff + cleric and druid yellow strcon buffs have even lower value than yellow shaman one does. Shut up.

Yeah splamo your RA spec is fine. I'd personally drop PD3 because you won't feel the difference in recieved damage at all (with PD4-5 you would) the rest is okay.

Well I was talking about a real mage, not one who puts all his stat points in constitution

Besides I'm the one providing proof while you're too busy trolling and theorycrafting :p

10dex/15pie actually

no reason not to have red str/con in a hib grp. also there are races with more con then a kob and people might put points into con at start.

just drop your casters never have 1.3k hps bullshit.

on topic:

i´d still advice on 38/38 for lower realmranks.

you can just try both, tho.
respecs aren´t hard to come by.

Okay awesome. Thanks Toble. You can be an asshole, but your experience and advice is solid so I don't really give a ******. Thanks to everyone else as well. I just wanted some advice before I started experimenting. Carry on then.

As a Bonedancer you need almostr all your power in the Fights.

For that i would go for Serenity 3 instead of Sere2+MCL.

Serenity3, RP1, Pom and Pots should be enough to have a manapool within whole fight.

If you need some more detailled things, try asking Pestilenzia ingame. She is the highest active Bonedancer i know by far.

Greetings

Iceer

No mcl on a BD sucks as buffing your shields+ abs for the grp takes a ****** of power.

Isn't better Serenity for that? I never played a BD, so mines are true questions, i'm not speculating on your posts :)

I mean, for a caster, taking MCL imho is pointless. Since you're always in combat, waiting 10 secs to cast a RA that gives you 25% power is too much. 10 secs in one inc are a lot of time.

Shouldn't be better high serenity and RP for critical situations?

Like sere 3 and RP (At a Decent RR) + Pots pots pots?
Playing on Midgard you can count on yellow pom too (At least yellow). After Serenity 3 (2L) you can go for PD and WP. Or am i wrong? :)

Mcl1 is a must have on any caster. Believe me waiting 10 seconds for mcl is no problem whatsoever because when you're out of power you can't be in combat anyway. I would definitely never take pd on a bonedancer in group play since mids don't play against zerkers. For soloing high pd is lovely, but who'd solo on uthgard nowadays anyway.

Casting 6 red absorbs, your own shield/bt/abs will take like half your power. You definitly want mcl for that.

PD can be usefull as your warrior will have to care about you less.
Depends on playstyle/groupsetup/enemy groups thought.
