i play shaman since release of this game as a main char and i d'say:

purge3 and moc1 = must have !

on this server get serenity2 first then purge1 and moc 1, at 4L9 reskill to purge3, moc1 serenity2.

This shaman pov sux for 2 reasons :

ITs a post toa video , the casting speed is very fast , spell cast time are different from uthgard.

Then he clics a lot for using spells , he should use more qbinds and keys.


I dont say he plays bad , but he is not the best shaman i saw for sure xD

Better clicking than having too much Qbinds and dont have the right spell at the right time

uhm? uthgard is the only setting without castspeed. there was castspeed before toa. by your pathetic "OMG he clicks" everyone can tell that you´re just one of these newschool imposers that might have qbinds but no tactics at all anyway. you sound just like all of vnboards when they played on bossiney. ****** about clicking and then get killed over and over again.

if you can´t see how good his rupting/ccing/shearing is you´re just bad at daoc. it also isn´t 200% speed like all those bad us vids which make it impossible to see flaws in play and make the player seem to be way quicker then he really is.

You can't compare live videos to uthgard. On uthgard you cast MUCH slower, interrupting is bugged and you can't do it like you do on live and you have a lot thinner power pool here. Hell with that casting speed I'd go oop in 10 seconds on uthgard. Don't even think about using spirit shell because your power pool will just vanish.

P.S. that shaman vid is average, maybe slightly above average. He doesn't even shear base buffs only 2 specs and spams one spec buff shear to rupt when he could completely buffshear the same target during the time and still rupt it. And he's sooooooo slow with clicking not to mention can't pan because of it at all thus has no decent overview of the fight. He's got a good general idea how to play the shaman though, but by all means not to be idolized ^^

Yes im getting killed over and over , and i sux .This shaman plays perfect , he owned everyone on his live server.

ANd yes a toa video where all class are different from uthgard is very usefull to improove your sham gameplay.

Everyone knows that uth is livelike , bd pets , rupt , tfw and many more...

Edit: If you don´t even notice that non of that is on a toa server, you´re not worthy of my time anyway.

Either you are blind, uthgard made you to slow to notice or you´re just trolling. All three of the vids have more quality play in them then Uthgard has ever seen. They also are on classic servers, which are the most comparable to Uthgard. Esp. in the first 2 vids as that is around 1.8x and before manamyths etc. He actually does run out of power alot but as i´ve mentioned before you don´t seem to be able to notice anything at all.
I´m mainly referring to the second vid fyi. The first one is just crappy quality for todays standards and the third one has catacombs models in it which make me want to rip my eyes out.

I´d love to see an awesome fraps of you, tho.

-not speed up more then 20%
-enemies that actually have played daoc before
