Hello Midgard! Astealoth here. I would like to announce that Nomad Jarl will be hosting a public raid every Sunday at 2pm US Eastern / 8pm GMT+1.

The initial meeting point will be at Svasud Faste. If we have 3+ full groups by 1:45 pm US Eastern we will fly to Skona Ravine via the gryphon to kill Gjalpinulva. If we have less we will open Darkness Falls and either do Adremal/Legion or Worm/Princes depending on the numbers.

The raid rules are:

-Minimum level of 45 can join.
-All loot is /random 100 at the end of the raid.
-Please listen to instructions from the raid leaders.

I will also announce the raid in /broad starting at 12:30 pm US Eastern. I hope we get a good turn out. I will be starting a trial run of our public raiding this Sunday July 11th.

If anyone has some suggestions or wishes to volunteer to be a raid leader please post your ideas or experience level with the Midgard bosses. I personally have a good amount of experience with all the classic boss raids.

Thanks, and I hope to see you there!

I would like to subscribe as assistant raidleader.

I am experienced with Gjalpinulva as well as with the 3 encounters of OF and all raidmobs of DF.

Do we have a teamspeak for the raids? If not i would gladly give our guildchannel in the uthgard.net ts for this.

I would participate with Qeo (Pac/Mend).

soccor is not real life. its a game with no purpose which gains people nothing. looking the results in a news source is the same result as watching the game. its pointless. who wants to see a ball roll in grass for some hours?

well regardless i am having chain link deaths from the server today and i have received a number of complaints that people are suddenly too busy today. perhaps someone could have mentioned this ever important other game in the thread earlier ^^

I was a bit late but anybody told me than that u got connection probs.

I did a standard [AW]Ace_DragonRaid than. Finally we killed the dragon but was a bit chaotic today probably because most were to much concentrated on the soccer world final match instead of concentrating on the raid ;)

Well the ace raids are a 'pain' anyhow (WC of soccer or not), sure everyone gets drops, but you can expect to die several times (especially as a seer in main group). However all get a drop when you go with that low number of players.

I'm geussing that the DR's Nomad Jarl is going to hold will have less deaths cause 3 a 4fg's running out WS, but then only 50% or less drop chance per person.
