SM question ----> Darkness spec

Hi everyone,

i got a character builder named charplan, and according to it, we got a charm pet spell i the darkness spec at level 12, 26, and 34. Is it the same on Uthguard ? i m pretty sure its not, but i wanted to make sure.

SM does not get this spell here, that spell is fairly new and past the severs patch lvl.
