[HIB] Looking for a low-level WC

I've been searching for like a week for a WC to make me some low-level items. Do any exist in Hibernia? I'm looking for ~lvl 18 items (skill level around 360-ish).

I'm getting kinda desperate. If you're willing to help, let me know.
