does they drop on alb?

try to farm them but they seam to be one time drop. Do anyone sell 2 of them or can explain me how to get them?

Thats a randomly generated item (ROG). The ROG item system doesnt exist on Uthgard.

On live servers most mobs have a chance to drop ROG items, the stats are random and youll never get the same thing twice, or with a chance worse than winning the lottery. Even though another item might have the same name, it doesnt have the same stats, its named after the highest value stat on the item, energy resist in this case:

One Energybender Bracer could have:

8% energy
2% slash
7 int
2 fire magic

or:

14% energy
1% matter
3 str
11 con

Energybender Bracer was dropped on Uthgard ages ago by ellyls in Llyn Bafog. But since long time they are NLD (no longer dropped).

If you are very lucky you might find anyone having one, but I doubt anyone sells them.
