Do uniques drop?

I've killed Bignose a few times but no sign of the drop.

as allakhazam says "stands a chance to drop" some items hace less than 2% drop chance so do the math.

the only ones with 100% drop chance are the OTDs one time drop.

No, no they do not and they aren't coming either afaik.
