Hey,

this is the first try on my ns template.

Opinions and suggestions about improvements are welcome :-)

Heat is also 25% with basalt rapier equipped. Only missing those 7% while switching. I Could drop Spirit resist a bit (Elf) and get missing heat. Should i?


+pros:
-d/q charge
-dmg add charge
-haste charge
-hot charge
-only 1 item switch for posion apply
-basalt rapier

-cons:
- missing 1% on each resist. (thrust 2% elf resists and slash 3% and resistent so meh)
- missing 3% energy
- legs not fully overcharged :/

No its not. As far as i know theres even a variance of dot dmg with low envenom.

But the reason i got 4 envenom is, that i only have to switch one item to apply poisons. Switching 2 Parts is annoying.

The variance is negligible. 3-4 points of damage at 34 envenom using lifebane.

Still more comfortable :-)

Thats why i got d/q charge in it as well.

All in all solid temp with missing 2 quickness and 8% heat while switching weapons for poisons? Think wont hurt that much and only getting it capped when i remove one charge item :(

Its average. No 11 envenom and low utility items like scratch. Cant see any point mixing those in with high enc items. The charges are nice but u can just swap for em and use da charge on gloves/boots. U will get same template this way but for 20-30p less :lol:

If u gonna use costly items make sure u cap all stats incl envenom, no point else.

Sure but i got all these items already anyways :grin:

And i played ns on classic twice and it became very annoying to swap buffgear, swap poison gear etc.

Also kinda hard to switch items like hot or dmg add charge infight (thats why scratch in temp). Infight youre already busy with fight and swapping poison weapons.

I got a nice little template with all charges in the template and almost 100% capped ;) also +11 env..

no HOT charge, but not a fan of it so ^^

Could be improved a bit by getting MP weapons but I am running with legendary skins on my weapons so it would be too costly (already cost me 25-30p to get the weapons i got atm :P)

That's a pretty bad template considering how expensive it is. Also 99% weapons sucks on a stealther. OP's template is much better. Again, why do you bother with capping envenom ? Takes less than a second to swap 2 items.

already explained why 99 weapons, so please read again

@ +11 env: Because I have had many experiences where having to swap would have meant either death or letting a kill go

And I have never said mine was better ;) I simply said I had a template nearly capped with all charges in it (not considering hot as i find it useless)

Switching one item for reposion is fine imo. You got combat timer anyways and usually alot of replacement weapons in inv. I like instant rebuff/hot without switch more.

How do u afford 6+ rapiers mp or u dont switch?

And besides +11 in envenom is a must, u will loose dmg on variance, not much but a template where u loose dmg is gimp to me when u can cap or very close to it. 2-3 % less in a odd resist dosnt matter much but with 7 i envenom missing u will loose dmg every fight and it will sum up fast.

You lose more damage by using 99% weapons over 100% than by having +11 envenom instead of +0. Even aug str 1 will make up for the incredible damage variance on dots:

Switch for poisoning, not to fight with them. After a poison is applied switch back to the mp. Nobody said you need to have 10 mp weapons.

If you're one of those people who rely purely on poisons to do their damage (lol viper) then yeah I guess you need every point you can get :roll:
