So my sister was playing her healer in a worm/prince raid. at the end they had a random and she rolled a 100. at the end of the random she asked for the worm bracer. her group mates told her it was a joke roll and gave her nothing. she sent me this screen shot proving it was never explained that the roll was a joke and that she was not entitled to the loot. is this kinda playing against the rules? it seems very shady to me.

i wouldnt care that much but the next day i was approached by one of the people in the raid and told that it was said many times to her that they were kidding about the rolling on loot even tho they accepted the item from her and wouldnt give it back. then when i told them i had read the chat they said i was full of crap and called me names. i am more angry about being blatantly lied to than my sister being scammed. there is nothing said after the prince dies or before the random is started. i think tricking people out of their items like this should be against the rules.

You can't actually forbid scamming, sadly. What you can do is gather names of the people involved and their guild so a blacklist can be formed on your realm board and present the screenshots as proof.

Shoakahn was the group leader for the worm and prince raid leader. It was Fylgja who did a yell for a random after it was said that nothing was dropped lets random for nothing. this was said in /say chat which is missing from the screenshots.

The second roll was a /random after yell from the group leader.

The first roll was just a joke because of the prince dropping nothing. i was there playing jalori. I'm sorry your sister wasn't paying attention or if the screenshots are indicative of what happened she didn't see what was in the /say chat field.

I'm sorry she got a perfect roll when it didn't count. But jibjabbin did offer her the cloak cuz he felt sorry for her.

I think omitting information, so you can make your side look more correct, is in itself a falsification, and it is you who are the scammer.

this is true and it seems to me that this was just a missunderstanding .
Maybe the /say was turned off for some reason and she couldnt read what was written there.
and if that was the case, everyone would have felt the same way Courtney did
