Can't find my Chars...

Hey guys I haven't played Uthgard since maybe June. Since then I've had to reinstall my comp and forgotten all about the process to get back on the servers. As far as I know I've did everything correctly; patched EU Laby version, DL DAoC Portal all that. I finally remembered my User name and Pword, but when I log in I have no Chars on Hib? Not sure if I have done something wrong on the install or what. Does anyone know what/if I'm doing something wrong?

Most likely some mistakes in your Account name.

Then a new one will be created :)

Try again and be sure you type it correct.

You probably got "hacked". Same thing happened to me, account got wiped.
