Hi i recently got that drop from a dragon raid.

nice stats but 4.5 speed, thats very quick ;/
so i would say about 1-3p

Yeah, but afaik proc system is not working properly, so quicker weapons benefit more than slower ones. So that would be good since the proc is really nice.
