Hello all!! Old time player who took a six year break from the game....two kids later I am back . I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself! I just rolled a new savage (Trols lvl 7) and am working on the grind.

I wanted to say thank you to all the middies out there that have been so helpful in chat/tells and in actions. I cant believe how much I have forgotten and have to get used to again (/qbind, /stick all that stuff haha).

I saw in chat a lvl 50 shammy Fergat (Fergot) or something like that I cant remeber the name.... offering to help ANY and all noobs to level up.

Although I wasnt on long and couldnt truly avail msyelf of the offer she ran over anyway and buffed me and helped me out for a bit. And graciously gave me 10 gps when I had to log. (Im sure you all remeber how tough it is to get started on a new server lol) It was much very appreciated .

I thank you all for the warm welcome and gracious help so far. I soon hope to be able to meet all of you and return the favor!

One day (not long ago) i rolled a very low merc, and i asked people in camelot for few 2-3 gold to buy some retarded weapons. Noone (that didnt know me) offered help (not that i couldnt x-fer, but i wanted to see how friendly people are).
I had to ask an old friend there and finally i got some gold.

So yes, welcome to uthgard/mid, enjoy, people are friendly there (most of them).

i did the setupcraftbar tool for alb and i thought i need to lvl a spellcrafter there so i muled 5 plats there.
after i found out that i only need skill 100+ to do it i offered in the starting guild the first ppl wich meet me at the auctioneer get 100 g each. and even explained why ^^ result was a bunch of flames,insults and bad language lol

I've been to Alb. I got help in the form of cash and weapons there and when I really needed it to advance my cleric. (I was soloing. I know I could get groups as a healer.)

Hib, I met friendly people, too. I'd say though that each realm has a different rythmn to it. They're monkeys and saints in all 3.

I find it benificial to be helpful to all, as it will only help build the population up.

I think there is some "realm pride" in every realm, but mids seem to be much more willing to build groups which makes it easier to xp there as a beginner. There are gentle people everywhere, I got 50 g + emerald and saphy seals without asking from some alb, I got buffs + Gold in Mid and Hib etc. ... I really experienced lots of nice people out there.
As I wrote in the thread linked up there, team spirit starts with very easy things, many classes have buffs, such like con based buffs, dmg shields, dmg adds, pom, haste etc. And also without those buffs you can be thoughtful and help people who pulled to much mobs etc. pp.

so far
