Only matters to get your focus work. Focus only works if focus > speced skillevel + bonus. So it might reduce your power costs.
But it won't affect the value of debuff or ns.

This is the best i have come up with for my 1st infil template use 99%, im poor and still saving for the spellcrafting/procs but have the armor and weps already to go and jewelery, if anyone can help me improve it id be very grateful as i don't know the items on uthgard very well

Hey guys, I am looking for an inexpensive infiltrator template(preferably slash). I have looked through the other templates on this thread but I am new to Uthgard and I do not know what items are expensive and hard to get. Thanks for the help!

This temp is universal to ALL ALB CASTERS. Just swap out corresponding Vae Inimicus Ring. +57 Str. to help with rams, barrels and getting str debuffed. +11 to all three of your caster skills so spec and respec any way you want.
Not the cheapest temp but certainly one of the best. Every armor piece is full 5.5 OC for maximum utility.
