I'm falling in a deep sleep when i swing a spear or a large weapon with 5,x speed so i decide to respec to full shield and 1-hand weapon and i want to know how are my chances in pvp. Is it a good spec for (solo)pvp with lev 50 or is the damage with this spec too low? ATM i am Level 44 with 42 shield and 44 in CS and Det4 (3l0). Should i respec my RA too with respec to s/s?

If you want to go purely solo rvr, get rid of Det first of all. Get Purge2, IP, and some other solo RAs.

It's just not possible to run solo Hero with 4l2. Either roll a stealther or run in groups till at least rr7.
But if you wanna solo and quit after some weeks you need to spec 50 shield 50 Spear rest parry. swinging youre spear has a certain delay, lets say 5sec. after using a spear style you switch back to shield to improove your defense while waiting for youre spear to be ready again to be used.
