I checked back a couple pages only seen OF setups/ theorycraft, was wondering what everyones current setup has been and how successful it is. Been watchin some of the rvr vids posted and its mostly been albs vs mids only seen MB is most vids... and concensus seems that hib setups dont work and everyone rerolls? this true? still always gonna be hib for life but curious about peoples opinions on this. im hoping this isnt a repeat topic I looked back a couple pages and havent seen any topics on setups

BM BM Hero Warden Eld 2 Druids Bard

BM Hero Menta Ench Eld 2 Druids Bard

3 BM Hero Warden 2 Druids Bard

Ani Menta Ench Eld Hero/Bm 2 Druids Bard

Those are the Setups that can work out quite well, at least if played decently. But get used to the fact that with any of those setups, you will need a lot more practice then with just about any Mid/Alb Setup to be successfull.

There was a thread about nf setups somewhere.

Well in current state there are some hib setups that work.
Every group needs 2 druids 1 bard 1 eld and 1 hero. So there are only 3 spots you can change.

1. Hib Classic tank setup (Usual MB setup)

Bard
Druid
Druid
Hero
Eld
Warden - can switch warden for another tank, but considering our experience warden works best. resists, pbt and heals help alot
BM
BM

Solid Setup that works good vs most groups. Imo a bit weak to alb caster group and groups with high pd theurg.

2. Hybrid Group

Bard
Druid
Druid
Hero
Eld
Ench
BM
BM/warden

My favourite one and imo the strongest hib group. You got 2 trains. 2 bms on eenmy support/caster and 2 debuff asisst casters for pushing enemy tanks. Good against every group.

3. Caster group

Bard
Druid
Druid
Hero
Eld
Ench
Menta
Tank/Ench/eld/Menta

Needs hard kite against midgroups, but also solid and working.

All in all hib setups work. At least those 3. Well in uthgards current state hib is the weakest realm and needs better teamplay and more rr then other realms to compete, so you see less hibgroups :)
Fabienne - Blademaster
Junia - Bard
Audrina - Ench

Zoe - Sorc
Stella - Pala
Devon - Scout

I vote for this one too.

whats the reason why hibs is weakest / hardest ? is it just because mids have celerity and albs have the theurg ?

A bit oversimplified, but pretty much, yes. For mids it's not only celerity - tank groups are overall the easiest to play and that's where mid excels (highest DPS Tank with Zerk, Celerity, best def tank, etc). Albs have the most utility and theurgist, when played right, is terribly powerful. That level of interrupt is unmatched. Hib is somewhere in between of the two, which makes it a bit harder I think - and that's why I would agree that the hybrid setup works best.

even the 24% version of cele provided by the paci is great enough, you do not necesserily need the 31% version of an auger on dualwielding zerks...

Setup without Eld is just way too boring to play / easily countered :) And we do not wanna talk about a nature druid, wasted grp slot. 8)
