Because we have to figure out how to calculate bolt dmg from scratch. Investigate all variables against all types of targets. If a player would do this it would speed up the process.
i know that nearsight was added later on, but is it (im)possible to provide wizards that spell here regardless of the current version? That would make them at least a bit useful and maybe more welcome to groups. Dorins Briton Cleric

if they do that, then people will start to whine, friars will want the heal proc, wardens the slam, and healers FoP... and we ll slowly move into ToA  no pls dont do it ^^
