Is +PWR in templates really that big of a deal. The max is what... 25pts? That's like 2 lvl 40+ spells no?

max is +26 and thats like half the cost of a spell maybe full cost depending on spell. Not worth it

Not worth it until you're in a fight and out of power and you just wished you had that little extra bit for that liiiiiiiiiittle root or heal to save your ass/your group mate's ass.

Well - it's not worth it on some classes - but Cleric/Healer/Druid is so easy to cap - why not cap power aswell

it's easy to cap..if you have the plat. but as a new player on the server...not so much. So something had to give in the template. Buh bye Power and +Mind! I was upset about the +mind though, oh well. Still don't have enough to get all my 99qual SC done and missing a few items. Getting there...but still. +11 Mind makes me QQ a little.

+mind does not help with resists, it just helps with the charm (at least it used to, not sure if you now can charm a lvl 50 pet with under 50 in mind). And thats all it is good for rly.

why would it not help with resists? +spec increases the effective lvl of a spell and thus deceases resisting of spell.

+ mind is useless since October 2001

+spec does not increase the effectiv level of the spell, only the RA MoF is able to do so. + Spec only increases Damage, lowers variance for baseline spells and helps to charm higher Mobs. So for CC it is utterly useless.
