BS and Parry in Skald temp?

i have seen some temps with no cap for BS and Parry? is it no worth it? Cap parry for soloing it is a must imo maybe in a group bit useless but what about BS?

BS is not worth capping because the little extra more dmg you would do having that cap,
is just not worth the extra platins your armor would cost.

and that many leave out parry or dex is imop just a matter of costs
