WTB Alchemist procs

Seeking an alchemist for some low level procs to put on cloth armor and a staff, if thats even possible. I am prepared to pay fair prices. Thought this might be helpful on a new Supp Spec bonedancer I just made.

If this is realistic I would like a series of these so I can have suits / staves for many future levels.

on Uthgard you cant craft low lvl armor proccs
the lowest reactives are dmg proccs wich start at lvl 40
usefull proccs for armor like mhb's are lvl 47
