Everything is capped, except Evenom. When you have to Envenom your weapons, you have to wear a pair of 99% gloves with +7 Envenom on it.
Note that actually there is a bug on Uthgard that prevets the Jerkin Of The Ghostly Phantom Soul to have its proc active while the alchemized matter procs/reactive are also active. So, now you can only have 2 dots (venom + first dot that procs between energy and matter ones) active at the same time over the enemy. When they will fix it, you'll be able to inflict 3 differents active dots over the enemy at the same time .
Beside this, that jerkin has very good utility and cost 1/3 of a MP vest spelled and alchemized.

When i discovered the existance of the Flawless Black Sapphire Bracer, i decided that i had to have in my TP. After a couple of months of use, i'm very happy about it. The 312 hit points it cures over a period of 20 seconds, permitted me to win a lots of duels that otherwise i would have lost (i mainly play alone). I could not live without it
Putting it inside the TP forced me to search for a more expensive cloak . That's why here there's the Hardened Wormhide Cloak instead of the free Pooka mantle.
Note that the +12 piercing is due to the fact that i actually use 3 weapons (all left usable), and have the ability to mix them at my will without never losing a single point of some skill. Basically I change my main hand depending if i'm gonna use the haste potion or not, because i want always to double swing next to the 1.5s cap limit (without exceed it of course). Versus mobs i use a faster weapon, while in PVP, when i drink the haste potion, i use a slight slower one.

A friend of mine from Keep Rading asked me to make her Ranger TP that included Adamantine Barrier and Basalt Sword Of Bedlam.
Since those two objects are very popular among Rangers, i decided to publish the TP.
Also here everything is always capped whatever you equip, weapons or bow, except a few points of Qui that are missing while using the bow.

I have also a BM and a Hero TPs ready, but i'll post them another time

Feel free to ask if you need some info.

All cap NS temp (env encluded), a bit expensive but worth the monety I guess

It has 25 in spirit (but +5 racial) and +25 in heat (wizards virtually non existant in uthgard, rest is hib, only proc dds around)

I chose elf for better resists against infs and sbs.

feel free to tell me if it's improvable

ps. of course all 99ers are 100. If u want a cheaper temp with 99% swappable weaps, u can lower thrust res from 11 to 9 (and still get 25+3 racial).
