I have a 5L2 Merc and want to Revamp him to 50DW 42Shield 30Thrust 30Slash and need a Temp... I'm looking for something reasonable in price not something really crazy, but not really really cheap... I have 2 pieces of MP armor now and anicent chain mail. I would even consider 50DW 42Shield and 39Slash temp as well, but I am shooting more for the 50DW 42Shield 30Thrust 30Slash... Thx

Its not unreasonable to get +11 to both slash and thrust.

+4 ancient chainmail
+2 Signet of the Fallen (or maybe use the dragon ring)

+5 slash or thrust on crafted mainhand. lets face it, you are stuck with crafted mainhand if changing dmg types so taht stats stay the same in either mode. or go with a +4 gem to slash or thrust, and a +1 all mellee to add up to the 5 and save a little on the imbue.

you could try to balance it all out so that you fit in a ton of +1 all mellee gems, but typically that just doesnt work out so well in practice because you need those gem slots elsewhere.
