Hi All,

I'm new to the server and am levelling a Friar. Having looked on allakhazam I saw a quest which rewarded a 'charred bone staff' which would be useful for levelling through to the early 20's.

Now I'm level 15 I headed over to humberton to pick the questup - Siom's Staff I think it should be called, only to find the quest wasn't active.

Does anyone know if this quest / item is active on Uthgard?
