Hey there,

after weeks of considering I finally settled for a Realm and made it ingame! Even tho I'm still working hard on convincing my RL m8 to play with me, which is not too easy, since he has no Daoc addicated background like me

Well, the thread name says it all - I feel a bit rude tho but maybe we can find some kind supporters who help us out with spare items & stuff. We'd appreciate any help!

I'm playing an Thrust Infi and he is going for a Slash Mincer.
I might roll a Sorc later for some FG action tho.

Another and imo better start with DAoC on Uthgard is to create a Groupchar or/and Farmchar with Profession Tailoring for the cheapest Way to a legandary Crafter for salvaging Drops. Than you have enough Platins to temp your Infi or Mincer (both are very, very expensive and the Platins are hard to farm with this Duo ). Another reason to make a groupchar like Paladin,Reaver,Merc,Cleric,Theurg at first is, that you'll get no Groups for Tajendi Farmruns, SH,LR and DR Raids with Infi/mincer/sorc
