Here is my current Template:

I charge Con/Str with switching the new Cloak since it is so bad that you can´t use it as a Minstrel. Other charges I use are AF-Charge on the Flute and sometimes the 63 Dex/Qui from Taleth´s. If I have no charge-timer in combat i usually use the Dot from Befana a DD-Charge from the Drum or a Hot-Charge from the Sapphire Bracer.
Buffpotions while running solo are always base-con and haste since i can´t charge haste anymore duo to the new timers.

try mine with tajendi caster cloak instead of taleth embrace , with a mp gear you should cap everything. replace the sigil of ahm asyut by another necklace since it's taj drop too

must have in temp:anchien chain mail / basalt sword

drop that already have: both beli bracer(dex and cost),shark bracer/gem/ring, ring of aracane gestures,cloak of heart and taj cloak,superior accursed belt of might and other drops,mp chain/shiald/instuments
