Even without any disability, it's a senseless rule. Trying to forbid player to use the input they want for playing on Uthgard is stupid.
And if i use my gamepad to play DAoC ? I can map any button of it on any key of my keyboard. It's hardware, it's programmed, so it's forbidden ?
Btw, i have bound a mouse button on the VerrNum key of my keyboard. Am i bannable ?

Mythic had the same rule in their terms of use, but in fact, it was there only to ban people who made cycle automated action to play while afk.

I hope (for a large part of paladin i have played with) that Uthgard cheat hunters, like Mythic ones, don't have this type of rule violation in top of the list of "cheats" to hunt.

Any type of AUTOMATION is not allowed. Pressing two keys one after another by programmable hardware when in fact only one or no key was pressed is not allowed. Not hard to understand. This also applies to using styles with followup/backup.

As soon as we see/detect it, the result is a perm ban. Just dont use it and you are safe.

Forcing a player to wear armor is stupid
Forcing a player to have to cast spells is stupid

While we're at it, why don't we just remove players having to play at all?

Hulkgris its simple: Nonsensical posts will be followed up with nonsensical responses. Mythic got $15.99/month so they were incentivized to look the other way. Also, they did ban for active macros (and still do). It is a matter of getting reported.

1&2) Bannable offense - don't do it. Simply extend your fingers. For PVE set up a bar that is really rather simple for Uthgard. 123456. AF chant, battle chant, Endu chant, <some sort of reactive style you like>, Taunt style. I have slam on my bars somewhere in PvE, just I don't personally use it much. I get my butt chewed by Reavers, understandable i geuss. Makes my life easier anyway. With this setup, I get accused of Twsiting with Macros a lot anyway. However - I ALWAYS turn my endu chant back on directly after my heall chant cup floats back up. This ensures I literally never run out of enduracnce: i hate auto swings(have the red one, obviously)
3) Recommended spec: I hate this question. PLAY WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY - STOP DOING COOKIE CUTTER. Brother/sister - it's your character. If I wanted you to do what makes the Server happy, we'd just have a public character play list IMHO. I love seeing new things. I always laugh when I see Inconnu stealthers, but give them props for being themselves.

4) Look me up in game - I literally give things away to help new joins. (Soma / Dayien / Qosmic / Qaeldric / Rrahl) .... you can usually find me on the /advice list.

PS: I'm usually pretty drunk(aka a dlck sometimes, but most people know I mean no harm and only want to help), so just make sure I don't drop loads of plat on you to make life TO easy.
PSS: With that being said - make sure if you message me in game, tell me who you are on the Forums. I tend to ignore the 'HEY, GIVE ME FREE GOLD' spammers.

Not sure what 'other spell effects' you are talking about but it feels like 6 sec. If you are talking about playing song with higher quality instruments and having more duration, I don't think so.

No. The 6 seconds can not be increased in any way form or fashion.

bards have a relation to ingame content, they realy have to have the rythem in their blood and twist! same for pala if you don't go for sere its coming in your head!
