This rules protect ppl who joined your raids before but you can build it only when they are on atm. You don't give any good reason to join it for newbies. They will join YOUR raids everday for 20 days to become equal to the others or they will get penalty. Again, rich gets richer. Your raid, your rules, I hope it works well for you..

There was a new guy today who won two respec stones for one hour of his time(btw, keep in mind that everyone else can go afk while I am building the battlegroup, but I need to stay there and send people and so on, so people can cook, eat, do whatever while I am building). Sure, he could have joined a prince raid(80% of the time all that drops are seals anyway) or something else and only have a chance to actually get something. Here he got 2 - 2.5p insta cash or 3 p if he advertises for a day or two and he still rolled on everything but 3 specified items. Keep in mind that people that trolled me never ever organize anything, and only 2 of them attended my DR's(ages ago . Now they suddenly advocate for the rights of newcomers(as if they care)...how thoughtful of them, eh ? Yes, it was dumb of me to respond to a troll, had a lot of work that day and was not in mood for crap. Dragon raid that I organize is somewhat private, I got a pool of 40-50 people who attend on a regular basis(some more often than other, but most of them shows up at least once a week). I appreciate your advice, but rest assured people on my raids are well happy with the way I lead them, even if I sometimes rage I apologize later and they understand that sometimes you need to have a tight grip if you want things to be done.
