I'm respeccing my merc's RAs from grp to solo as I realize I don't have time to play as much and consistent as grp playing demands.

How would you guys prioritate RA's for a 5L2 highlander DW, slash and shield?

Was thinking about Charge 1, Purge & IP 2, MoPain/parry 2, LW1

And what would you spec to come and why?
