I had been looking to purchase a house as well. But assume they just all taken up over the years. Is posting how houses are usually obtained on Uthgard?

Look at NPC in housing, where a slot is free, then go there and buy place when it fits your financial situation. Price drops constantly to either 300g or lot dealers buy it before you

If all slots are gone, make a request in forum to get more slots added.

I saved my money to be able to buy a house with a low number and easy to reach - so my consignment merchant gets some action. Except for muling stuff or store pots for rvr I see no reason to buy a remote house.

I guess I should have expected there to be lot dealers quickly grabbing up land. I honestly need a place for muling more than anything
