For making cheap templates, which resist least important?

I play on the albion side and have been trying to make templates for some toons.. and im not filthy rich.

Soo... I was wondering how important it is to cap cold/heat if I am a alb..in other words - which mid/hib classes use heat/cold - or what other stat is rarely seen/used? spirit?

Also, which non-melee resists are most important/used? I'm more concerned with which resists are NOT needed to be capped however.

As Alb I would go for Spirit, as a Hib I would skip Heat if needed.
For Solo you need everything capped, or decide to just not attack thanes.

Body and Cold resist are the most important.

Which class? Solo or group toon?

Many classes can be capped or almost capped with DF jewlry, gobo jewel + taj cloak

Anyway...

If I had to gimp resists, it would be spirit and matter

Yep, gimping spirit will hurt you the least, as a second I guess either matter or energy.

Energy is thane nuke and certain RM and eld nukes + eld pbae, however there is little chance you will be nuked by those + you will have cleric resist for that

Matter is shaman root, that can hurt and you will most likely not have friar in group for the resist.

Reaver will be pretty hard to cap :-)

For all-cap (no piety, no sr though) I needed 3 MPs and even 2 non-df jewlry items.

Piety helps a lot though with aura usage.
[3:10pm] <myrmidon^> You have to be a c*** to be awesome at daoc

The group that runs up against them can't kill them fast enough because smite clerics have sooooooo many tools at their disposal combined with decent ranged damage with 8 of them dudes doing it!

This is exactly the temp I found i was gonna go for but was gonna use a crafted whip with 3.0 speed instead..hence the matter I will have to make up on the items.. guess i'll see how much a MP whip is so i can match utility

Before you are out of mana, you are out of endu - at least that was my experience when i had more piety.

But anyway- if you dont want to spend like 50p more, its not possible to cap all incl. piety - will be maxed in my last and final reaver temp, though^^

But now i am quite happy with all cap excl. pie + sr - in Thid I only lost 1-1 twice - both kiters when I had no endu pots with me.

Thats pretty much my temp, except no expensive morans ring and I got it all capped - excl. sr and pie. And ofc I have one more mp in temp - feet, which I use for haste charge.

So instead of

Left Ring (Moran):
Imbue: 30.0
Strength: 9
Quickness: 9
Spirit: 9%
Cold: 9%
Utility: 48.0

Right Ring (DF):
Imbue: 30.0
Strength: 18
Constitution: 18
Cold: 10%
Utility: 44.0

you used 2 ornate rings?

That changes the template completely really. I'm confused. you got build report on it?

OK and what about your weapon? used basalt or 99/mp crafted?
