Now that I saw different opinions on wpn choices in the template thread and I dont want to spam it there, I rather make a new thread.

Need help to make my decision !!

P.S. Split spec still the way to go? 50 37 37 rest parry?

I run 50 hammer (craft,slowest)/50 LA (have fastest one and slowest-cleaver, for switching if needed), because I am broke at Mid and cannot afford respec+decent split spec template. Also hammer taunt style is good, can be spammed forever due very low mana cost and in hammer spec is vack snare style, wich is usefull in RvR.

Split spec is still the most valuable option for a berserker.

Hammer/Axe if crafted 4.1/4.2 and 2.9 or 2.6 offhand is the way to go.
I would not advice switching to a cleaver as offhand at any time, because you will eventually forget it is there when celerity is down, and it will hurt you a lot.

You can go Hammer/Sword, but only if you have Harpy's Gaze.
Yes, even in group play it is worth it, since if you stick a let's say theurgist you will not really kill it quick. So if the dq procs, it will hurt the theurgist if he mocs.

Don't ignore the benefits of parry. It really helps more in group play than most want to admit, or even believe.

Yeah, harpy is very nice. I have a split spec temp with 2.6 legendary LA, crafted hammer and it allows me to swap harpy/basalt sword with no penalty, so once I land a debuff, I usually hit with basalt. Still, most of the time I hit with hammer and spam conquer until I land prevent flight, then do 2-3 hits with main hand that deals more dmg to that type of armor. You should definitely include Rigid wight claw in your temp, it has a DD charge with 1 minute reuse, pretty nice.

Bloodshed and violence and savagery were the natural elements of the life Conan knew; he could not, and would never, understand the little things that are so dear to civilized men and women."

There are a few nice Infos in here so far. ty

Only thing I dont get is the Benefit of the Legendary LA. I mean runnin just one leg wpn sounds weird to me. Either I run double Leggys or just none. And runnin two would make you lose pretty much every benefit from a split spec.

I am pretty sure I missed a point with this. So I still cant start making a template :/

Need more help from experienced players :)

and u FAIL
seems u forgot 2x 2.6 weap lowers ur dmg alot, thats why u need a 4.1/2 and just one leg with 2.6
