Hi

I have a question .. iam a kobold hunter and if i want to do rvr killtatsks most of the guards on the walls arent visible. I can get them into target but i cant attack them.

So my question is if a taller char like a valkyn doesnt have these problems and can attack them?

Kurze Arme, keine Kekse! :-)

Try to jump, maybe that helps.

You have a couple of different options and usually the height of a character plays little to no impact on this. If you have tried jumping and releasing and that is still not working remember that you always have the option of putting a ground target up there and using volley to kill them. I've also found on some keeps what I will do is slowly walk around unstealthed and watch the archer, when he starts to pull his bow back stop immediately, stealth, and place a ground target down. Now you have found a spot you can hit the target from.

So, when trying to kill a ranged gaurd and you cant seem to get LOS then...

1. Try jumping and releasing the bow shot at the peak of your jump...

2. Move around in front of said NPC unstealthed and see if he pulls his bow back, when he does then stealth and drop a ground target down. If the archer is pulling his bow back on you then LOS is established.

3. Place a ground target by the NPC archer, move a good distance back, and use volley to kill the NPC.

How do you set a gt on the wall? At least at alb keeps it always ends up inside the wall and not on top of it :(

I set my GT up as close to the wall as I can, I then raise it up with whatever key is set to do that. Normally my GT is a bit in front of the gaurd because as you pointed out if you go to far into the wall the GT will jump up really high. So just do it so the dot from the GT is maybe 10-20 units in front of the gaurd but close to the same elevation. Volley has a nice radius so you will still be able to hit the gaurd.
