help bumping cloth/leather working for LGM ACer

So i made the mistake of going straight to chain when i got to 1000ish... now i am almost 1100 with only 1020 leather/cloth working.. Is there any way to level it up? Because i cant do Studded of yellow con because i need at least 1040 cloth working to be able to craft. :wall: there should be an added level trinketing for 1000 cloth working and leather working that would help level it up :roll:

Craft leather armor with tailoring craft.
You will get your missing point (in leather and cloth) for less than 10 silver.
