Drops from one of the Highlords here
![]() "He was concerned only with the naked fundamentals of life. The warm intimacies of small, kindly things, the sentiments and delicious trivialities that make up so much of civilized men's lives were meaningless to him. A wolf was no less a wolf because a whim of chance caused him to run with the watch-dogs. Bloodshed and violence and savagery were the natural elements of the life Conan knew; he could not, and would never, understand the little things that are so dear to civilized men and women." |

It drops from the one near Oro. Kill gatekeeper Dommel, go down the ramp and clear the mobs straight ahead of you, highlord that drops it is at the far end, straight ahead. He is in a room with 3 guys, one is in the middle of the room and 2 on the sides(a duke and some flying demon I believe). He looks like a regular cthonic knight. Yeah, he's pretty damn strong, but since them mob dmg/absorb change, he also goes down faster than before, so with crossguard it's no problem. He also drops brilliant rod of the soulshade or whatever it's called. "He was concerned only with the naked fundamentals of life.
