No Theurgist AOE dmg?

Title says it all. It is present on the actual camelot website. I played about 9 years ago on hib so i'm not sure if this AOE dmg was a later addition that would not apply, deemed OP, or some other reason. Can someone please shed some light on the topic?

No AoE DD spells for Theurgist at this patch level. :)
