I have a question about the Sorc Specline and BAseline Debuffs:

Critical Imbalance should debuff/decrease the targets Dex/Qui with value 58 but only 29 (the half) points are removed.
Banish Confidense should debuff the target Str/Con with the same value 58 but only 29 are removed too.

Same with the Baseline Debuffs Sorcerous Web value 46 dex and Dilapidate Body value 46 Str, both debuff only for 23.
When i debuff with the Target with Spec and Base only 52 points are removed and not more.

Are the debuffs on Uth limited to their half value? Are ther other reasons or maybe known bugs?

if ur enemy is notbuffed, the debuff value is halfed
if ur enemy is buffed, debuff value is doubled

but im not 100% sure for the 2nd one

debuff in this order i believe buffs,stats from gear and racial/class bonuses.
