Help A Fitness Model Level? :)!

Hey, wanting to get back into DAOC and see you cannot use buffbots, duel accounts and what not..

Anyone help me level a character up fast, whether it's them sitting there with a buffbot helping me or whatever is suited, can use ventrilo, teamspeak2, mumble is helps..

EXCHANGE: For helping me if no one cares to help me out a bit for nothing, I'm an experienced fitness model and training/diet consultant, therefore can help individuals with advise on training & diet protocols, even to the final week towards a contest if the person is competing.

You may think 'what the ****** has this guy been smoking...' but I remember how easy it is to level with just a minor help and have nothing to lose posting....

On one side you do what fitness people like to do, you present your self. That it can be a kind of embarrassing.
On the other side im really interessed, especially in how you want to do that.

Right, not sure what to make of that.. but hey ho! haha.. End to their own... Played DAOC back when it first came out, god knows how long ago, I'm 22 now so must be early teens.

You don't need a trainer or nutritionist for that xDD...cook when you can, otherwise try to buy cooked healthy food. It's a bit more expensive, but at least you won't eat junk. And also, if you can cook 2 times a week, you can still make some meals that can stay in the fridge for a few days and you just take them to work and reheat them. Dunno what you are aiming for anyway, healthy life or being a beast?

Hello, turns out a had previous accounts here and have few alts under 30 and a 42 shaman shaman, apprently (what I guess was main account is banned ;o?) . On fitness front, search "nick duffy fitness" , like the page and inbox me and I can generally advise / guide you on anything fitness related. I know all about playing games day in and day out whilst training etc.. *played counterstrike 1.6 at high level*.

I'm not online currently at specific times in game but on (UTC) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London time zone: 23.18 now.. and won't have internet for 5-15 days as I move apartments.

So whats your opinion on red meat? As a future physician and nutritional advocate, the lifting side of me wants to eat a nice steak but its true that red meat yields a much higher incidence of various cancers as compared to white meats like chicken and fish. Whats your post workout meal/shake?
