Damnit actually that was my plan. But I was way too lazy to wait for the Lots to drop in Price
Gl selling them. |

if you dont wanna buy a house, keep your comments for yourself.
housing summer sell-out event is over now, so back to normal business. keep in mind, that it's been a lot of work to explore the Ericstaad djungle with a non speed troll to get that lots. mainly i offer only a service for the lazy ones: you can get a house or even 2 or more side-by-side in a premium location without trouble, searching and camping for a fair price. players spend 100+ platin on a template for their toons without a doubt. compared to prices of casual items my houses in footrange to the entrance are quite cheap. if you dont like the price, you dont have to buy them. then buy a house in one of the other 8 zones, there are hundreds(!) of cheap 300g lots. there is absolutly no reason to offend me, you all have had the same chance. |

not livelike sorry

The beauty of a public forum is we don't have to keep our opinion to ourselves. I find it ridiculous that people try to make plat by flipping real-estate in DAOC. I find it more ridiculous that you are buying houses on Mid to make profit there when you so openly state that you are primarily an Alb player. GM's should focus more attention on this x-realm market because it is getting out of hand and damaging the economies of the realms.

selling houses or items... whats the difference? trading is part of the game. again: there are hundreads of cheap lots availible.
completely wrong. have look into herald and search for SUPA.. all the toons 40+ (11x) are my ones. mainly i am a HIBERNIA player (8x 49/50), who is currently on albion vacation... i like a good infrastructure to be independend, that means: 3x houses in entrance for my stuff and selling things 5x LEG crafters midgard base rising.. weaponcrafter has already break 700, the others will follow. may be i find my final home someday in midgard. we will see... u have to buy all free houses in Midgard to make this prices good |
|
even if i like doing business and making money, that would be really ruthless. as i told i offer a service for the lazy ones rich and beautiful, who can spare some money for an upcoming player |
|
I'd suggest everyone to simply let him squat on his lots and try elsewhere.
This isn't against the rules, but still is rather abhorrent behaviour and let's not be the ones rewarding it. |
|
so selling houses for 12-15p is "abhorrent behaviour ",
but farming items and selling them for abhorrent amounts of platins is generally accepted? |
|
Prices for high-end items is okay. If item is hard to get it should cost much. Just try to do legion/prince raid, you will see it.
