+ It's what I mean.. For me it could be called service if he owns just 2-4 houses per realm and re-sell them.. But as I said he's making a true monopoly on housing entrances.. Try to /house 1 /house 2 /house 3 etc. on every realm and look how many houses belongs to him.. I think that he's trolling not making a service, he's making profit on something that players can't have anymore back unless they pay a lot of platinums (for unreasonable prices for me), and more he gets richer more his greedy business will grow up.. Looks like he's playing just for annoying people removing a nice feature.. All this looks sick and perverse..

I am honest, I like Services like that.

I am a lazy Person and I tend to miss some opportunities.

So if I decide to buy a House 30 secs away from the Market Explorer, I am glad that I can just hand over 20p and get my loot instead of waiting month for a free loot.

If I need an extra House for a friend or my Guild, I know I just have to contact the seller and I will have it a few hours later. For me thats perfect..

He's offering a service. He was just the first to pick of the house. You got your own chance to run around and find the empty places, so don't blame him for offering a good and solid service.
So just stop qqing about Supa real estates, or wake up and find the houses before he does!

According to you, wouldn't be more opportunities to buy a house in top zones (and cheaper) if a player doesn't monopolize half of Caerwent, Erikstaad, Meath? I bet that if Supa didn't bought so many lots at this moment instead of having approxymately 1 free slot per week we could have 4-5 at least.. Well if I miss a House and he gets it, I can still buy it later. If I miss a House and someone else who wants to keep it gets it, its gone for ever.

I dont know his current prices, but there are enough ppl with enough money, so just let it go. As Long as there are enough ppl that can and will for his Services, its nothin else than a good business model

The fact that he still owns half of the lots in everyrealm that are STILL IDLE (or using your words: ARE GONE FOREVER) means that there aren't so many people who can't afford those houses.. Also I repeat, you wouldn't lose any house if he wouldn't buy so many lots..

I'm fast enough and rich enough to afford every house in every zone i wish. But not every player is rich enough like me or you and can afford a house in entrance expecially if a player takes 50% of the lots available, this is not a useless QQ, Supa should just stop trolling this feature.

No he isn't. He is creating an artificial increase in demand and an artificial drop in supply through speculation, that does not in any way fit the definition of a service. Its a good thing the countless players who could afford to buy up every single open house lot on all realm don't follow suit.

its also not even close to live like, this was totally impossible on live, since to own as many houses as he does he'd be paying thousands per month in sub fees. Which is why mythic limited 1 per account, because they didn't want this problem and the sub fee in combination with 1 per account solved the problem. Uthgard lacks this mechanic and needs its own solution (Nayeh's suggestion wasn't bad though not perfect).

Go and play live if you care so much about the housing zones. These threads have been posted each month now for almost half a year and it's the same people who QQ. Just put your stuff on your merchant for a good price and your items will sell even if they are 3 zones AWAY!

It's more or less the same as public raids. They claim 2 days a week to kill something. But some people can never attend to these raids duo to work etc. So they're not allowed to kill the dragon before the public raid with a 16 man witch is totally B U L L S H I T. Because if they do people will flame them and try to get them banned from the server..... So...

Just do whatever you like it's a freeshard server, do whatever you need to earn the money for your chars, as long as you don't steal from anybody. Supa is making he's money in the housing zone and i seriously hope he's making tons of plats!

The difference between dragon raids and this business is that dragon respawns unlimited times but houses in entrance zone aren't unlimited. Also staff worked on dr issue making dragon respawn time random and also some official dr organizer found a flexible solution making the dr another day wich isn't the official day. In this case is the private organizer who should judge if organizing dr 1 hour before the official dr is good or isn't good for the server community.. But I wouldn't call supa's business a service.. It would be a service if he bought just a small number of lots and sell them for a reasonable price.. But gaining a profit over 2000-5000% or maybe more couldn't be called a service from my point of view but a true speculation, selfish, greedy, sick, perverce at the limit of rules violations. I don't think that foundation's authors were thinking at this kind of business when they implemented the "house title".
