On my BM I just swap mainhands with Glacial Shard as my offhand. You can set a key in /keyboard for your mainhand and 2H slots, so changing mainhand dmg type should be fast. Swapping offhand damage type requires you to manually click, as does using a shield.
this! But u dont need to switch offhand. Just takes too long and u dont benefit very much off it, compared to mainhand
