Hey all,

I had a minstrel back on live but a loooot of time ago, like patch level 1.60 or something around it, then I stopped playing him.

Is there anybody with more knowledge (or memory) that could enlighten me on the catch and status of minstrels with 1.65?
I remember they were welcome in grps at the time, with "purge" Sos and all, but I'm more interested in the solo aspect.

Any leads on vital RAs, or useful gear, to be ok in solo RvR, will be much appreciated

I would be interested in peoples thoughts on this as well as I am thinking about rolling a minstrel. Purge and SOS are on 30 min timers afaik? That is a long wait imho, perhaps passives are more the way to go? Or perhaps Purge and Sos are the first things you get regardless? That would mean you can't start getting other ra's until RR3.

For gear, I am guessing Caer Sidi for weapons (Nice Trident that looks like a 2H iirc) and instruments and chest piece? There was the ancient copper necklace quest, a decent bracer (I cant remember but was it not a really long quest saw you visiting most areas of Albion before you get the reward? Edit: Scret Orders quest is the name iirc) and Pygmy Goblin jewel. It's been so long since SI I cant remember any specifics.
