Arborial + Lifetap damage

Playing with VW specs and ultimately I get everything I want by 38 Arb. But if I stop at 38 will it be possible to maximize my Lifetap damage? What is the exact number required in Arb to get full potential from LT's?

Grove LT is a baseline spell. For baseline spells only the variance scales. You reach minimum variance at spec (incl. bonus) = spell level. Last LT is lvl 45.

45 - 11 (gear) = 34
therefore the sweet spot here is: 34 - RR + 1

38 arb seems plenty.
