Let me try to explain what i mean so you can tell me if its a bug or not. Basically i have shrooms out (power at 50%+ end 50%), i pull and get in combat, sit down and wait for mob to die. When mob dies, my endurance regen is getting closer to 100% while power regen hasnt even started ticking... arent they supposed to start ticking at more or less the same time after combat ends?

Your link to another thread about power regen isnt what i asked about. Am not complaining about the amount of power regen. I am purely asking whether i should be waiting for that first tick of power so long.

i.e Endurance first tick starts after 10 secs out of combat, power regen starts to tick after 20 secs ... brb

My link was to provide you the information you were looking for, but yeah, sorry, I should have made it explicit: they have changed the mana regen values so every cloth caster now regens mana like that. It's an issue for everyone.

Tbh that could be a bug. There was no investigation on live yet when the ticks really start after combat. Our current implemention will wait a full tick interval and then check again for conditions. Reason why endu is quicker is the shorter tick interval.
It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.

yeah now use QC to cast an enchanter pet when you have almost no power, and sit down.

Your power wont leave the 0% status till the QC spell is available for use. Nothing like sitting there for 6 minutes to be productive.

Oh and can you define what a Tick consists of?

The only way to get "negative" power amount :D You can QC a spell even beeing out of power, but still counts as power used... So if you used a spell costing 10pp when at 1 power, you would be at -19pp (dunno exactly if QC uses double the power of a spell ^^)
And since powerbar only shows positive %, you won't see it until you get back to a positive number :D

The tick is, i guess, the moment when your power is regenerated : for example, in WoW it was every 5 secs (thus the /mp5 shortcut :D )

simply put, Why have a sub 0 value on a power bar that has no reading for 0? Should not 0 be the lowest power you can have?
I remember using QC to cast a pet after I was rezzed, I do not remember having to wait 4-6 minutes to regen my power. Not even close.

The sub 0 power is a major issue here. And it needs fixed.
